This Agreement governs the use of flowerbridgenz.com. By continuing to use the website, the user confirms that they have read and accept the terms below.
01 General
The website is operated by Zeester bloemen en planten bv, Hertenlaan 6, 2675 AH Honselersdijk, Netherlands; Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 27265757; VAT NL813140699B01 (the “Company”).
The website introduces professional flower-market participants to Flower Bridge, its events and growers, and enables enquiries and registrations. Specific terms published for an event apply together with this Agreement.
02 Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, refrain from disrupting the website or bypassing technical restrictions, and must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or unsolicited promotional material. Users are responsible for the questions, files and messages they submit and confirm that they have the right to share them.
03 Information on the website
Website materials are provided for general information. Grower profiles, programmes and event details may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication is not an irrevocable offer and does not guarantee a transaction with any grower or participant.
04 Intellectual property
The design, text, photographs, video, logos and other materials belong to the Company or are used with permission. They may be viewed and saved for personal or internal business purposes. Republishing, selling, adapting or systematically copying them requires prior permission unless permitted by mandatory law.
05 Third-party services
The website may link to Telegram, growers and other independent services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. The Company does not control their content or availability, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
06 Liability
